The swamps of Louisiana have a unique beauty.
Look closely on this log. There are 2 alligators.
But they are full of fearsome critters!
I was amazed (and alarmed) at how many alligators we saw on this tour.
I kept imagining how many we weren't seeing!
I enjoyed not only the beauty but the information about the eco system of the swamp which I had never heard before. There are several tour companies in the Pearl River area. This is the only one I have been on. http://www.pearlriverecotours.com
It was fun, informative and a special time to be with two of my Grandchildren.
