Charlene's Sewing Room - August

Perfect place for sitting and stitching!
Every time I visit Charlene (The Happy Quilter), I leave with the  conviction and great desire to seriously tidy up my Sewing Room.

She has customer quilt tops ready to quilt.  All hanging in the order she will quilt them.  First come, first serve.

Like me, she has a sewing business which makes it much more difficult to keep things neat and put away.

 But she does it!

Her storage is an art in itself.

Her quilts are artfully displayed all over her house.

She has a Featherweight too but hers is gleaming!

I actually do go home and spend hours cleaning up.

And it does help.

But what I don't have is this huge closet.

Room to put everything away.
And it is also neat as a pin.

Which saves her hours of time, looking for things.
That is my real motivation.

Last of all.  This stitched and framed picture.
Just looking at it makes me happy!

I can use one of the  Bird embroidery designs in my Jeannie B. Embroidery book.

And just stitch  "sing" under it.

"O sing unto the Lord a new song: sing unto the Lord, all the earth"

Psalms 96:1
