The second class I will tell you about is an embroidery class. I think, of course, everything should have at least a touch of hand embroidery on it to give it the personal touch. And I am not discouraging those of you who love your embroidery machines. I am just saying...there is room for us both!!
Embroidered Initials Class
Delicate Hand Embroidery is used to embellish sweet Baby Clothes as well as Linens, Childrens and Ladies garments. In this class you will practice your embroidery stitches as you embroider the Initial of your choice onto a pretty baby or travel pillow slip. The initial is made up of Embroidered Flowers using several lovely stitches such as Pinwheel Posies, Rambler Roses, Fly Stitch and different Daisy Flowers with French Knot or Seed Stitch centers. You will also learn to perfect the outline/Stem Stitch. Find out how to begin and end each stitch and which needle will give you the best stitch.
