Hi Jeannie,
ReplyDeleteI love that sweet crocheted edging and the embroidered initial and spray of leaves. I taught my left hand how to crochet 20 years ago. I love crocheting with threads and fingering weight yarns...my favorites are cottons and wools.
I have a huge sewing pattern collection. I think I may have a few of your patterns. I lived along the Gulf Coast off and on for at least half my life. I had short stays in Baton Rouge, lived in Slidell two different times. And of course, New Orleans {pre-Katrina} was a regular stopping place for all the great shops in the French Quarter. Mobile, Alabama to Gulfport to Slidell for many many years. Brings back the wonderful memories of the fabulous food and people.
I am now settled in my home state of Tennessee in the Smokies...Hurricane Katrina made my decision to get away from the coast so I could live without constantly preparing for storms to arrive and always needing to repair something.
So nice to meet you. Your patterns are so lovely. Drop by anytime!
Pink Sparkles for your week!
