Teaching at The Smock Shoppe

This pretty dress is from "Emma's Smocked Baby Dresses"
I love it when Students bring garments to show me from one of my Old Fashioned Baby patterns.

A group of Cheerful Sewing Ladies!
The class I taught for The Smock Shoppe was all about fine techniques and construction.  We had alot of fun learning new techniques......

....as well as how to stitch them easier and better.

I'm not the only one who likes to take pictures!

Mary is on the left in this picture.
The Smock Shoppe owner, Mary, fixed us a wonderful lunch.

She  runs a Full Service Shop.

This is an old Singer Hemstitching machine.
The Real thing!

I love the way they are all organized!

They pleat for people too, so if you need Pleating done give them a call.

The keep a wonderful supply of pre-pleated Bishops available all the time.

The Smock Shoppe in Dothan, Alabama
is a fun place to visit!
