Guess Where I've Been!

I've been in Maryland, teaching for the Chesapeake Treasures!

Here is a photo of the Treasures at their guild meeting on Thursday night.  I had the good fortune of attending and they were having a rocking good time. (more on that later)

We embroidered and we smocked in these classes.

Well, when we smocked we were really smocking an embroidery stitch.
The Smocked Featherstitch!

Her Feathered Diamonds are very nice.

We had a great time in class, were well fed and the company was grand!

But there was more fun to be had while I was there. And I will tell you all about it.

Next time!

It looks like such fun! I don't know how to smock yet, although I have sewed several of the Old Fashioned Baby patterns. Maybe someday I can attend a class like this.
