Stitching In The Foothills - Saga Guild Fun!!

They surprised me with a signed and framed copy of this photo!  Sweet!!
The Ozark Foothills Saga Chapter (and me) at
Stitching in The Foothills.  A wonderful sewing Retreat!

They were serious listeners.

 And serious stitchers.  By machine....

Photo of a student hemstitching her Daydress.
....and by hand.

Lots of progress made in class!

I was pleased to meet the illustrator of Sarah Howard Stones "French Handsewing" books.
Ta Da! Lenice shows me her work in progress.

This is the dress we were making.

We were warm and happy stitching in this large and bright room, as the snow fell gently outside our window!  I loved it.

And right next to our sewing room was the lunch room.
Where we sat together and were served yummy food and treated like queens!

Nice!
More fun to come at  Sewing In The Foothills next post...

Looks like such fun. I need to finish mine, all of the embroidery is done. Just need to construct it. I'm too busy sewing boy things right now.
