Sister Trip Cleveland - The Pursuit of Beauty

Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland.

We went into the Chapel where we  heard the history by the docent (or Chapel care taker?)

Wade Memorial Chapel was completely designed by Tiffany  and his studio.  The Tiffany window won an award in Paris before being installed in the Chapel.

Louis Tiffany's lifelong goal was the "pursuit of beauty".

Although not my lifelong goal....I  also pursue beauty!

My artistic medium is Needle and Thread.

There is actually a lot of beauty in  Lake View Cemetery. 

And many of the stones have great words of wisdom.

These words are found in the Bible book of Psalms.

There is such a feeling of peace in old cemeteries.
