Just Returned from Elegantly Stitched

Lunch was served  in the pretty Courtyard. This is Brenda and me.
I just returned from the Elegant Stitches retreat.  It was wonderful!
Brenda was my Teacher Angel in class!
Every meal was tasty! And the weather was fine!
Some of my students practiced their stitches after lunch.
I think they were stitching the Featherstitch!
I met some blogging friends!!
That was fun for me.
They brought Old Fashioned Baby garments to show me.
It is so exciting to see my designs made up by someone else!!
Laura made one Bib with lace edging and one with out the lace.  They were very pretty!
Sue followed the Priscilla Layette Daygown Lesson and made this sweet Daygown.
She even embroidered the Bullion Rosebud on the back pleat!  Perfect!
It made me feel so good to know someone was following along with my Blog Sewing Lesson and stitching with me!
We did hand work and machine sewing in my Baby Anna's Circa 1920 Bonnet class.

Oh what fun! The gown is darling with the little flower on the back pleat - I love that!
I would love to attend a class you teach someday!

I'm so jealous! I would love to get together with like-minded sewists for a retreat! Thanks for the recap. :)

Everything looks lovely! I would love to come to something like this someday. The sewing is beautiful and I know I would learn a lot.
