Kitten Knitting Dish Cloth

I love vintage embroidered Dish Towels!

When I saw this one, I was immediately reminded of my Sister.
Who is a knitter.

A close up of this Outline/Stem stitch shows me that the embroideress was accomplished.

This is beautiful stitching.

There are funny little differences between groups of people. We would call this a tea towel. A dish cloth is a cloth that is used for washing the dishes here.
The motif is lovely and would also look sweet on a little work bag. Or the little face could be done on a child's jacket. Is that a breach of copyright then, or would it be legal? I agree that the stitching is extremely well done.
