"Baby Emma" Smocked Bonnet

Fancy Smocked Bonnet instructions comes in the pattern Emma's Smocked Baby Dresses.

It has a fold back brim that is pleated and smocked.
The bonnet back is tied with a ribbon which makes it adjustable.

This lace edging on this bonnet was attached using a machine Pinstitch (Pfaff Machine).  I used a fine thread (#80 Madeira) and a large machine needle, size 90.

Did you notice the little Bullion flower where the ribbon attaches to the bonnet?

Sweet on any Baby!
