My February Week of Sewing - Day 3

Block 12 - Done!!
Today, my Friend Bunny and I worked on our Mystery Block of the Month quilt.

The mystery has been over awhile because  the year was up last summer
and we had all the block kits.  They just needed done!

The fabrics are pretty and I have renewed vigor to finish this quilt because it will go to my oldest Granddaughter.  And it's fun to sew with Bunny.

If you look at the above picture, all the empty white squares are the Blocks we have been working on.  They are now complete so we will begin to put everything together.

I guess we start with the block in the middle.  Who would have ever thought I could do this?  Who could have ever thought I would want to?  But it's fun.

I love to sew!

My favorite colors! Your piecing is so precise, do you starch the fabrics very much?

Cynthia, what a compliment! I fudge everything…and I don't use starch at all for quilting. Was I sopposed to?
