The Beauty of Reflected Light

My old chandelier was dingy from dust.  I cleaned  it so it would reflect more light.
"For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.  Live as children of light." Ephesians5:8

See how it sparkles.
"The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart.  the commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes.  Psalms 19:8

The reflected light leaves rainbows everywhere.
"You are the light of the world.  A city on a hill cannot be hidden; Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl.  Instead they put it on its stand and it gives light to everyone in the house.  In the same way, let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."  Matthew 5:14-16

 The beauty of reflected light.
"I am the light of the world.   Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."  John 8:12

You are making me want to get the ladder out of the garage and go thru the house cleaning my dusty globes....hopefully before Christmas! :)

One of my favorite things in our old house were the crystal chandeliers. I actually loved cleaning and then admiring them! Love your choice of verses, too.
