- I love babies, embroidery and old fashioned Baby Clothes!! I am the designer for the pattern line "The Old Fashioned Baby". My designs reflect my interest in vintage infant's and children's clothing, as do my classes, many of which include techniques and embellishments used from the late 1800's to the 1950's. I teach these techniques around the United States and publish some of my designs and ideas in Classic Sewing magazine. And I love Roses and all the flowers in My Garden (and yours too, probably).

Is your blue & white plate by Johnson Bros.? by chance? I recently bought my DGD a set of 4 cups/saucers & matching teapot/sugar/creamer in that. It all came in a darling hatbox carrying case. I intend to do a post about it very soon, as I just found matching dessert plates about the same size as yours. :-)
Have you tried PB on rye toast for breakfast? Yummo!

The Blue&White china is Johnsons Brothers. I have had it for years and many plates have been broken so I replace pieces when I can. I too found the cute hatbox with a Tea Pot, cups etc. The box is a cute as the dishes!!
