Stitching in My Garden - Really!!

(I am working furiously on this dress.  I love this fabric!)
It was a beautiful day.
So I sat out on my back patio under the porch and stitched in the wonderful natural light.

In Baton Rouge, it was in the high 70's!
Perfect.
And although my garden has not come back to life yet....

My Pansy plant stayed right outside all through the winter with blooms!
The Pansies I planted last fall are quite happy!

And there was a sweet breeze swaying the wind chimes.

And my Petunia (I love that name!) bloomed.

And my brown dog was happy!

Don't you love Happy Endings?

"As I live , says the Lord,
every knee shall bow to Me,
and every tongue shall give praise to God."
Romans 14:11
Isaiah 45:23

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! And that "little" brown friend of yours is so faithful! Love it!

I love that little dress too!! So pretty. And I could be angry at your ability to sit in the garden. We had snow on the ground today! AGH

Martha, my sister in Cleveland said the same thing. But you can pretend you are sitting with me. Life in your imagination is always good!

How lucky you are! We have rain for the weekend. Strider is such a nice stitching companion.

Oh, that sounds so nice. One of my goals this spring is to get my back porch fixed up so I can sit out there with a cup of coffee or a stitching project. I'm so ready for nice spring weather, I can taste it!

Oh I just love it here. I love babies too and that dress is so beautiful!
I am a new visitor and follower of both of your blogs. I cannot wait until we get some gardening weather here in Philadelphia!
