In My Garden, Stitching.

I was enjoying the lovely afternoon, sitting on my porch in my garden.
I haven't picked up my smocking since I  was at the beach!
And not much left to do until it's finished.  I need to get busy.

Love the blue and white!
And also reading.  And drinking afternoon tea.

I love the Sisterchicks series by Robin Gunn.  And I like this one in particular.  The friends in this book have an adventure in the Netherlands.  It makes me want to go there.

Have any of you read any of the Sisterchicks books?

Robin Gunn's  definition of Sisterchick n: a friend who laughs with you till you cry and cries with you till you laugh; a gift from God.

Do you have a Sisterchick in your life?

And my Brown Dog was with me, of course.  Isn't he a handsome fella?

I have totally enjoyed this wonderful, sunny, but not too hot, day!

The world is a book,
and those who do not travel read only one page.
