Baby's First Daygown - Tucks in Blue

Baby's First Daygowns.
This simple gown had three tucks on either side of the front facing.  There is a little embroidery between the tucks and facing worked in off white.

The lace on the blue day gown is not gathered at the neck like the white gown.  With no embroidery between the buttons and no lace down the placket, it is very much suited for a Baby Boy.

The sleeves on the blue daygown have been shortened and come just above the elbow.
The shortened sleeves are not in the pattern.

The length of this daygown is nice for a new baby. Long enough to cover the toes.

This is a different little blue Daygown using the same pattern.  Here, the tucks are narrow pin tucks and simple embroidery has been included between the button holes.

Daygowns are such fun!!
