Sew Beautiful - Miss Bufords Bonnet

My last article in the last issue of Sew Beautiful Magazine featured Miss Bufords Bonnet.

This wonderful and unusual Bonnet is a reproduction of the bonnet worn by Miss Buford one hundred years ago!!  The original bonnet is in sad repair but still shows the beautiful workmanship.

I taught a class for SAGA covering the wonderful techniques worked in this bonnet.

Now I have the Bonnet Pattern and the Kit available on my website.

The Bonnet buttons closed in the back, although I cheated and stitched it closed and sewed the buttons on so it looked like it was buttoned.  But the Bonnet pattern gives you the option of closing with buttons or not.
