Sew Sews in March

I hosted the Sew Sews for March.
We had lots to talk about.

It was fun to see what each of us has been up too.

Lorraine P has been working on Wee Care garments  (a ministry for  French Handsewers Saga guild).  I especially like the tiny Bonnet that she made using Swiss Edging.

My quilting neighbor Bernedette joined us.

She is working on a Wedding Quilt for her soon to be married Granddaughter.

It's lovely.  It is a crazy quilt with white and beige fabrics.  Then, she stitched lace to several of the blocks.  And now she is in the process of hand quilting it.

I want to do an Heirloom Version.  Using pieces of French Lace.

And of course, embroidery!

Garters have become a mainstay of the Sew Sews.

Diane is always working on one.  And others have completed them as well.

Lots of sewing love going on with the Sew Sews!!
