Today is Spring!!

Today is the first day of spring.  I was working in my Louisiana garden yesterday and took some pictures.  For those up north - Be encouraged!  It's coming!
This climbing Rose Bush is Old Blush.
The air smells so sweet as you walk by this bush!
Close up of Old Blush!!
I can't remember the name of these tiny daffodils.
Snapdragons and tiny Daffodils!
I planted these in the fall.
Pretty flowers in a Pot!
Let The Planting Begin!

"The grass withers,
 and the flower fades,
but the word of the Lord remains forever"
And this work is the goood news that was preached to you.

Love is Like an Old Fashioned Rose!

Jeannie's Rosebuds!  Lots of them too.

My Love is like a  red, red rose,
That's newly sprung in June.
O, my Love is like the melodie,
That's sweetly played in tune.
-Burns-

A beautiful Rose from my Old Fashioned Rose bush.  Yes, it began blooming  March 1!!
Old Blush is the name of this climbing Rose bush.  The roses are popping out every few minutes.  The scent is sweet and I think I hear them singing  "spring, spring, spring!
