Are You Ready? For Our Sew-Along??

A friend came over this morning. It was still cool enough to have tea on my porch.
We talked about the Sew Along I am doing tomorrow.

You don't need to do anything yet!  We will begin with Pre-treating.

Her fabric and lace will be white.
She is making it...just for fun!
She brought her dog Lilly to play with Strider!  Here you see they are all played out.
Striders mother is Lilly's Grandmother - I think - or is it the other way round?
And the flowers bloomed around us.

See you tomorrow!!

I'm ready, except that I need to know how to pre-wash satin batiste! Usually I pre-wash by throwing the fabric in the machine on a hot wash--I'm kind of thinking I ought to do something different? (Mine is blue!)
