Just Do It!

This is a teeny peek at my article in the upcoming issue (May/June) of Sew Beautiful Magazine.

I can't wait to show you the whole thing!

But I will tell you one thing.  I design as I move along with only a rough idea of the  direction I am moving in. Sometimes I do things I have never done before.  So I make mistakes.  I made mistakes in this little garment.  So I just took the mistakes out and stitched it in a different way.  Until I was happy!

Never be afraid to try new things in your sewing adventure!

The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one.  Elbert Hubbard, 1856-1915

Kellie - can't tell you anything until the magazine comes out!!! If I spill the beans I will have to leave town and join the witness protection program!

Ok, spill it and then come to MY town and hang with me and I will hide you while you teach me everything you know! I LOVE the red and white!
