Sew Sew's Stitching.

Lorraine B  is smocking this very sweet little Bishop Dress for a tiny doll.
I wonder if she will make a Bonnet too?

I had a fun day with my Sewing Group today.  Everyone was there, which is always more fun!  And we had excellent home made Vegetable soup for lunch.

I was working on a class project.

I am teaching for the St. Louis SAGA chapter and we are making a Fancy Snail Shirring Bonnet.  I was working on the Brim today.  Still need the embroidery too.

I wanted to have this Bonnet finished by Jan. 1 but events (called my life) have conspired against me.  It is looking very sweet, if I do say so myself.  I will show you when I'm done.

One of the Sew Sew's has been working on re-creating an old family baby gown.
I can't wait to show you that in my next post.

Today was a good day!

How fun... working on projects with friends! Your SewSew group is an inspiration... started a Sew Happy group this year! Our first one is this Friday... I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I am looking forward to it!

Beautiful. Sounds so fun. And I know all about that thing called "life". I still haven't done the little gown I purchased from you. And now I have hand problems. So frustrating.
