Sew Sews - Down the Bayou

I was finishing up a Daygown.
I have missed several of my Sew Sew get togethers in the past few months, so I was thrilled to be back together with them!

We drove down to Shirley's.  She lives near the beautiful swamps.

Laura was working on a Sweet and Simple Daygown.
Laura and I are getting ready to teach the next three programs for our French Handsewing Saga Guild.
The overall theme is Baby's Layette.  Our portion is Baby Daygown.  I am helping Laura and we are making View 2 or 3 of the Sweet and Simple Daygown pattern.

The program begins with our February meeting.

Our host had finished these embroidered Pillowcases.  Lovely!

Two Sew Sew's were not here and Lorraine is taking the picture.
You might notice an addition to our usual Sew Sew group.

More on that ......next post!
