Paris Sister Trip - Paris Days

Cute window display!!

We started our day with  breakfast in the Hotel Innova every morning.
It was all laid out ready for us!

And we added extra from the serving table nearby.

Every other morning there was a Chocolate Croissant.  And we were promptly asked what we wanted to drink with breakfast...Cafe, Cafe au lait, Tea or Chocolate?

We got tons of exercise walking up and down the stairs of the Metro so the Chocolate Croissants were not a problem!

I finally saw the Musee d'Orsay.
 Home to many Impressionist paintings.

We took a tour at the museum where we learned that we have more Impressionist paintings in the USA than France because no one in France would buy them during the period they were being painted.

The Musee d'Orsay used to be an old Train Station (think - movie "Hugo"!)

I wanted to take my sister back to the cafe where I had lunch with my Class tutor.
We sought out the Rutabaga cafe for lunch one day.

It was as good as I remembered!!

Kathy enjoyed it too!!

Police on bikes.

And beauty everywhere.

It was a fun day!
