Day 20 Isolation Retreat - Sewing in My Garden (with a friend)

Today, I had a Tea Party in my Garden.
My Brown Dog attended.

I invited a friend !!
(I'm tired of being alone!)

I made a pot of tea. And Chocolate Chip Scones.
And everything matched!!

I used a nicely pressed and prettily embroidered tea napkin.
Blue and White - my favorite!

My handsewing at the ready.

Notice my sewing bag. My sister made it from fabric she bought on our Paris trip. She even quited the fabrics together. What a wonderful, pretty and practical memory.

Then, My Friend Face Timed me from her garden.
With her own wonderful Blue and White Tea Set! And we talked quite awhile.
And I didn't sew a stitch.

But had the most wonderful time!

Fav flower for today.
Verbena

Today was a happy day.
