Prparing To Teach at the Smock Shoppe...

This is the Baby Dress we will be stitching at the Smock Shoppe in Dothan, Alabama.

There is much to be done when I go away to teach a class.
The class is just under 3 weeks away.
I hope you can come!

I have to pull a thread to cut each piece of Linen for this Baby Dress.  Measure the lace and trim, count out Mother of Pearl buttons, then put it all nicely in a kit bag.

All ready to begin stitching!

I know I told you.  I love this little Dress.  Love the hemstitching.  Love the Bullions.  Love the lace.  Love the neat hem technique.  Just love it all!

And I am happy that I will be teaching it again in Arkansas for "Stitch'n In the Foothills".

The slip design  has Whip Tucks (Overhand Tucks) on it.

A pretty embellishment!
