Gorgous Baby in Winter White Daygown

The Winterwhite slip from the recent Sew Beautiful Magazine.

I recently taught at the shop "It's Sew Heavenly".

I think my favorite thing about teaching there was seeing Lacie's sweet little daughter in my garments!!

This Daygown was designed to be featured in Sew Beautiful Magazine.

The fabric is soft and warm Swiss Flannel.
I added pretty embroidery and lace frills.

I like to use beading at the sleeve edge because you can pull it up to fit Baby's wrist.

The Old Fashioned Baby wants Babies to look like…well Babies!!

(mission accomplished)

Brenda with her precious Granddaughter.

The Winterwhite Daygown is available in a Kit.

Every Baby should have one!!

This is absolutely gorgeous, and I wish all babies would be dressed like babies. I'm so sick of seeing infants, especially boys, dressed in denim and camo. Yuck. Of course, I have noticed that the heirloom type of clothing is more a southern thing and much less northern, where babies tend to be dressed in knits. Makes a lot of sense.
